*People’s College, Buguda Celebrates National Sports Day 2025*
People’s College, Buguda observed *National Sports Day 2025* with great enthusiasm, bringing together the members of both the *+3 and +2 Sports Associations. The celebration began with a **marathon that started from the High School Square of Buguda and culminated at the People’s College campus*, setting an energetic tone for the day.
A series of *sports and games competitions* were conducted, followed by the *distribution of prizes and certificates* to the winners. The event was *presided over by Principal-in-Charge Sri H. K. Nayak. The chief guest of the occasion was **Dr. Subash Parida, Former HOD, IRPM, Bhanjabihar*, who inspired the gathering with his encouraging words.
Distinguished sports personalities including *Bhanj Kishor Gouda, Somanath Gouda, M. S. Dora, and Harihara Biswal* graced the stage and shared *motivating examples of careers in sports*.
The program commenced with a *welcome address by Mr. K. R. Patra, PET. The event was made successful through the dedicated efforts of **Mr. A. K. Sahu, Vice President of the +3 Sports Association, and Mr. A. P. Nayak (APN), Vice President of the +2 Sports Association*.
